How to upgrade/downgrade an account.

Scenario:  You have a plan with 5Gb of disk space and you need 10Gb of disk space.

Solution:  You need to upgrade your plan to the next level.

 

1. Login to your support account at: http://www.wehostem.com/clients

2. After login, click on "My Products & Services".

3. If you have only one package, click "View Details".  (If you have more than one package, click the one you wish to upgrade).

4. Click the "Upgrade/Downgrade Package" button.

5. Pick the package and the billing terms that you want and press "Click to Continue >>"

** Note that any remaining time on your current plan will be pro-rated toward the cost of the new plan you are upgrading to.
